Warranties

The App is provided “as is”. The developer hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer is does not makes any warranty that the App will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the App at your own discretion and risk. Whilst every care is made in the development of the app, the developer is not responsible for any negative event (e.g. data loss) that occurs due to downloading and/or using the app.

Google Play Services

The App may incorporate software that enables additional features provided by Google Play Services (e.g. high score tables, achievements, cloud saved games). Google Play is governed by it’s own Terms and Conditions https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/index.html, and Google may collect personal information to provide these services. None of this information is provided to, accessible by, or otherwise used, by the developer.

These services are provided by the App on a “opt-in” basis, and the user may continue to use the app without these additional features.

Content and Trademarks

All content and trademarks are owned by Ratmuffin unless otherwise specified.

Feedback and Suggestions

Feedback and suggestions for future App or Game updates are welcome, but do not entitle the sender to credit and/or benefits of any kind, including monetary.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Ratmuffin, the developer of the apps listed on this website (including “Cloud Game” and “Asteroid Striker” respects your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you through our apps.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. If and when any information is collected, we collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that you will be unable to use our apps if you do so.
